Meet Dervish — the person behind HomeFix

I’m Dervish, and I run HomeFix Property Services independently, providing repairs, maintenance and improvements for homeowners, landlords and businesses.

I grew up around property renovation and have been hands-on from an early age. With a decade of experience in the sector, I’ve developed practical skills across most aspects of home renovation, working on properties ranging from small terraced houses to Grade II* listed buildings.

That variety has taught me to expect the unexpected, understand how different buildings are put together and find practical solutions when challenges arise. I’m fully equipped to tackle a wide range of repairs and installations efficiently, with care taken over the finish.

Whether you need a small repair, several outstanding jobs completed or a more substantial improvement, I’m happy to discuss what’s involved. I take on projects that suit my capacity as an independent tradesperson and will always be clear about what I can deliver before committing.

You’ll deal directly with me from your first enquiry through to completion, and I carry out the agreed work myself. I take pride in careful workmanship, straightforward communication and treating your property with respect.
